Dedeman Istanbul

On check-in we were disappointed by ratings at Booking but the reservation was non-refundable, when we stayed we found Hotel far better than Bookings comments!, Staffs were very polit and patient, especially Emre at receiptient, security was 24h awake, location was good and safe at the side of Besiktash district, less than 1 km to Metro, Taxies available at the door, Breakfast was acceptable, room service was good, fast and acceptable, there were lots of good Bars and Restaurants nearby... You can keep value for the money.

the property location is the best thing, its near to everything the center, and you can avoid traffic. the staff is very helpful and comfortable. huseyn from reception made my checking in and out very comfortable and smooth, CAN the host was very nice and helpful in things even more than the hotel. even the house keeping lady for floor 10 is very sweet and polite it was a very good stay, the delux grand rooms are good

everything was good, room location was good too and easy to excess. lift sometimes takes time but overall was good. staff were very cooperative and easy to excess. hotel location was also good and everything including shopping, food, super market were as walking distance

I liked the hotel very much, staff friendly, polite, helpful. I loved my room so spacious and comfortable. I had no problems at all. Also loved that so many food places nearby to self cater. I traveled for a dance festival and the service for it was great.
